Everything seemed like a "go" for the post-wave Wendy's project when Mr. Glenn Allen was assigned to "New Hire" paperwork and totally botched it. Their completely stupid requirement for a Remote Agent Representative to sign an I-9 could have been circumvented by viewing the passport photocopy I sent. When you need an answer to something, Glenn Allen won't respond to your email until after the fact. You have to call him to get any answers. Then, thinking I was meeting their deadlines and completing all paperwork as required, Allen "can't find" my faxed I-9, nor my faxed photocopy of my passport (sent from two different offices on two different days. Allen had the audacity to blame me for not sending them, then suggested the ink may have been unreadable, then became parental saying "These are required if you plan to work for us". Oh brother! Talk about NOT taking responsibility. No accountability. Pass the buck. Make the employee wrong. Never admit a mistake. I'm still emails asking if my documents (confidential, at that) were ever found. Are they in the hands of somebody at Headway who has criminal intentions? Stay away from this company to protect your personal information!
