Head Start Biz has been doing my taxes for me for over 5 years now , I jumped out on a limb and went to them to start my film production company. They educated me on how everything would work and after hiring them, they fixed my personal credit in less than 90 days ,used trade-lines which Increased my score over 200 pts in 30 days :) .....Established business lines of credit for me to start building my paydex score for my company so that i can next get the funding i am looking for. They are currently using their marketing services to establishing my online presence as well as built my website!!!! When i say they truly made me a believer !!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Amazing Customer service. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Great with Taxes and also used them for business funding and business credit, wasn't expecting to get the great results i got in such a short time and the prices were so reasonable for the work my business needed to get to the next level! Will be using them for all my companies accountant and business needs. Also referring my associates!

Our first time using this company through a referral my husband and I were over charged $1300 for getting 2 years of taxes done and it was not filed correctly. We have been having problems for over 2 years since 2016 concerning these taxes that had been done by this company and can't get in contact with the owner Franki Knox to get the matter resolved. I have left numerous messages and called consistently and could not get in contact with the owner. We have been given the run around for 2 years and told by workers of this company that the matter has been taken care of but it has not. I am now having to ammend these taxes that I paid $1300 for to correct something that should have been fixed 2 years ago. I am so disappointed. Mr. Frankie later got back in contact with us and resolved our problem by refunding some of the funds we paid and fixed a portion of the tax issue.

Stay away from this place on Newton Road they charge me 900 dollars to do 2 1099 forms Rip off.
