Client Review on Hays - Recruitment Agency Melbourne

Abysmal form and very rude comms.... One of their agents contacted me out of the blue on LinkedIn suggesting I'd be suitable for one of their roles. I replied with his requested information, only for the fellow to then to ask me if I'm sure that I am an Australian citizen... all my work experience and education is based in Melbourne and my profile clearly states that I'm an Aussie. I'll let the readers of this review decide if this kind of thing is poor form/ignorant/potentially racist.
