Client Review on Hays - Recruitment Agency Adelaide

Would leave no stars if I could. No luck at all with anything through Hays. Seem to be for 20-30 somethings only. Have applied for multiple, multiple roles only to be told I "don't have relevant experience" despite being able to answer every criteria listed in their ad/s....or in one memorable case, the person I communicated with said she didn't deal with "low end" roles??! The office support team did that. Many people I have spoken to about this roll their eyes at mention of Hays. Very much a niche agency. Go direct to employers wherever you can. Hays is just a brick wall.
