I contracted with Hays both in Adelaide and Sydney for professional (white collar roles). Both times I've had a great experience. They get jobs on and fight your corner and promote you as a candidate. There are some pretty low reviews on here , however considering how many contractors they have working for them , its really a terribly low number of complaints when you think about it.

This company is a joke. There labour hire team dont know the first thing about tradies. Never call you back, never get your pay right. Book you got jobs and lie about the conditions. AVOID unless you like being told your recruiter is unavailable 10 times a day. Plenty of other mobs you can use to get work. If your a company wanting good guys do NOT use Hays to find them

Dreadful company: misleading ads, they called me by a different name on email (!) and clearly they did not read my CV. Unbelievably bad.
