We applied for one of their properties and the property was given to someone else and we were never contacted. It is not first come first served for the property they treat it like an interview. But here is the catch, they make every adult apply separately, so that you have to pay the application fee multiple times. We wasted our money applying and were never even told the results of our application. I had to find out through Zillow that the property was no longer available.
