I've had nothing but positive experiences with Greener Montana. I've used them as the rental agent for my three rental properties over the last three years. I'm always certain they do the appropriate due diligence to ensure tenants have a good rental history and can live up to the terms of the lease. Whenever there are major repairs I'm consulted about the best solution and they don't bother me with minor issues. I absolutely recommend them as a rental agent.

I rented a cabin in Stevensville from Travis. He was really flexible, always responsive to any maintenance needs, and organized. Rent payment was also incredibly easy through the online portal. I usually avoid renting from property management but I cannot say enough great things about Greener MT Properties. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. Never have I had to deal with slumlords until renting from Greener MT Properties. They are never in the office and can never get a hold of anyone. If you have a maintenance issue forget about getting it fixed. I gave two months notice that I was moving out due to poor living conditions that I had been complaining about for 7 months. They didn't start to fix these issues until 3 days before we moved out. The properties are pretty run down and the rent is high for what you rent. Travis seems nice at first but is a jerk once you sign the lease and treats you like just a paycheck. I suggest everyone that is looking to rent in the Bitterroot area to not rent from this company.

We applied for one of their properties and the property was given to someone else and we were never contacted. It is not first come first served for the property they treat it like an interview. But here is the catch, they make every adult apply separately, so that you have to pay the application fee multiple times. We wasted our money applying and were never even told the results of our application. I had to find out through Zillow that the property was no longer available.
