Food service needs to be drastically improved! It has gone downhill fast and many residents are very dissatisfied - went from promised restaurant style dining to "buffet style" indefinitely due to short staff. This is unacceptable and not what Green Oaks advertises. Staff is friendly and the residents are a delight, however serious attention needs to be paid to food service.
