Client Review on Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC

Feedback:

I use to work at this facility. I have never been treated like this in my life. You hire someone full time and then change your mind after paper work has been final . You then force someone to work part-time or lose your job due to the fact you hire someone after you have hired me. Miss management. Very rude . Disrespectful and I called to try to get this issue taken care . But no answer for this issue . They have no respect for the great residents that live there . Maintenance really needs to be looked at . There is alot of issues in the whole facility needs to be fixed poorly run.
