Client Review on backgroundscreeningregulations.com

Feedback:

Pulled data from the wrong individual in my home state and has yet to admit that they did anything wrong. They reported that I have a felony on my record (which I do not)....not even so much as a speeding ticket as a matter of fact. After speaking with plenty of law officials in my home state, that all repeated that GIS is notorious for pulling records incorrectly. When pulling "soft record" requests, you must have the full name of the individual (middle name included), birthdate and the jurisdiction. All three factors but be confirmed before they can accurately provide any information on an individual. They did not do this in my case. It just so happens that I share a similar name with a "gent" from my home state but it's not a match (which it has to be). Birthdate is completely different from mine also. Long story short, they said that a man that has a similar name as mine (different middle name) but different birthdate as me that lived in my home state was in fact me. Very bad investigative work. Customer service (if you want to call it that), doesn't give a damn either. They have 30 days to fix it they tell me and the backlog for disputes is pretty long. Really not surprised with their crack staff of experts that they have a backlog of disputed background checks.
