Client Review on Frontier Title Company (Katy)

Feedback:

DO NOT USE FRONTIER!! Their motto is "Start to Finish" and yet they couldn't even handle a simple transaction. Beware, if buyers earnest funds aren't there- they will NOT let you know! We were screwed not once, but TWICE with them. Title companies owe a fiduciary duty to the parties of a real estate transaction they are handling. Frontier withheld crucial information from us. Now they will not respond to our simple demand. Ive tried to be patient for 2.5months now. I wouldn't want anyone else to have this happen to them. DO NOT USE FRONTIER.
