DO NOT USE FRONTIER!! Their motto is "Start to Finish" and yet they couldn't even handle a simple transaction. Beware, if buyers earnest funds aren't there- they will NOT let you know! We were screwed not once, but TWICE with them. Title companies owe a fiduciary duty to the parties of a real estate transaction they are handling. Frontier withheld crucial information from us. Now they will not respond to our simple demand. Ive tried to be patient for 2.5months now. I wouldn't want anyone else to have this happen to them. DO NOT USE FRONTIER.

I have been working with Frontier Title at Katy for many years and always had a great experience with them. The closing process from executed contract to closing day has been wonderful and handle in a timely matter. Excellent Team and highly recommended!!

I have been a customer of Frontier Title for my personal transactions and have referred business to them for years. They are a wonderful place to work with and will do whatever it takes to make sure things happen when they need to. They always say they don’t work 8-5 they work start to finish and I have seen that in action more than once. In all of the transactions I have had things have not always been perfect but they not only make things right they then make them better. I don’t look for perfection I look for true care and that is what you get with Frontier. They have earned my business and I am so lucky to have found them.

I invest in real estate, and am an agent, so I use a title company more than most. Frontier is my title company of choice. Why? Two words:Kendra. Patterson.You won't find a better closing agent anywhere. She loves her job, her clients, and she fully executes Frontier's motto of "we don't work 8 to 5, we work start to finish." Kendra doesn't know how to be anything other than excellent. She will always go the extra mile. And as long as Kendra is with Frontier, I'll be a Frontier client for life.

Chose them as title company so I could cash out. They told the lender that I did not have clear title. I did have clear title. They aren’t knowledgeable enough. Lender did not approve because of frontier title. $750 application fee wasted. Went with different title company and had zero problems. Thought I’d use them because they were close and had good reviews. However, some of these reviews aren’t even customers.
