The Focus staff at Big Hearts didn't ask for someone's ID's or have them fill out an I-9 form before they started working them a while back -- and then they withheld their pay after they worked them two days -- until they came in and filled it out -- although it was Focus' fault it wasn't filled out. They should have required it during registration and made sure it was done, but they did not. I wonder if the person didn't have an ID or soc. sec. card to show, if they would have paid them at all, after they worked 2 days. I believe It's illegal for them to work people without an I-9 form being filled out first. I wouldn't trust the Focus staff at Big Hearts.
