Overall Feedback:

Poorly ran company that lacks simple business communication(s). Even though they mentioned I had fantastic work ethic, they sadly use you for what they need you for. Due to using people, they have a bad reputation for a company. Resulting in notifying you one day that your, "assignment has ended." I worked as a recruiter in the Wichita office for a month and a half. They brought me in to take care of their dirty work and eventually close down their Wichita office due to not paying tenant rent, which got the company evicted from their office space on Friday, December 1st, 2017. Every day I had calls from employees about pay issues that never seemed to go away. Nor did they try to fix employees' pay when mentioned. They charge 55$ to ride a charter bus from Wichita to Emporia and "Focus" employees are only obligated to work Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. If an employee decides to go one day and use the bus, unfortunately they walk home with a little over 10$ for a full twelve hour shift. Working here, I felt like I scammed many people due to Focus's target audience being the lowest of all lows. Lots of complaints from employees and constant rumors about employees threatening with lawyers. They don't background check as they target post inmate individuals. Lastly, I apparently signed a document mentioning that I'm not able to work for another staffing company for two years post termination date with Focus. Any non, low-life soul knows better not to work with this company as red flags regarding the companies flaws are everywhere. Horribly ran company as you should think twice about dedicating your time with Focus Industrial Workforces. Not to mention any names, but Christopher Shafer needs to work on his communication skills as things will backfire on him throughout life due to poor business ethic.
