Feedback:

Had an accident not my daughters fault Hospital bill was to be paid by insurance. First point hounded her for a year. Paid the bill 6 months later still had it outstanding dept on her credit report. May have to get an attorney. Anyone gives them more than one star probubly works there.

Feedback:

The only debt collector that refuses to send you a statement.

Feedback:

Very professional

Feedback:

Nothing like having the person laughing as they hang the phone up

Feedback:

My ex ended up in intensive care a few years ago, and when the bills came in from the hospital, they were astronomical. The HOSPITAL billing department told us that the payments we could afford were too small and to let them go to collections, where they could work with us on smaller payments. Every single representative I have talked to from FirstPoint has been beyond rude. One even insulted me, calling me dishonorable among other things for not paying my bills when I was calling specifically to set up a payment plan. The supervisor never picks up the phone and doesn't return messages. We make our payment every month as agreed, and still they report it against our credit rating and continue to call and harass us. I have had to work with four different collections companies because of this hospital visit, and this is the only one that has been so horrible; the rest have been very pleasant to work with and don't hurt our credit while we're paying them. Awful, awful, awful company!

Feedback:

Like all debt collectors they only are doing their job. They get 50% of the collection. Once it is listed with their agency and any other, the original party only gets half. That is a bit lopsided, so I send my money to the original party. They don't get squat, and they don't like it much, but they are required to list your debt as paid. In some situations, they are sketchy and cooperate with the original client to get you to send both money. It is a flawed system much like the rest of America. Ignore them.

Feedback:

You won't get that $114 I promise.

Feedback:

I returned their call and asked them to repeat the name of the business. They said hold on Keisha’s trying to get a hold of you. They transferred and I again asked what company this was and she asked me to confirm my name and said they were on a recorded line. I said I’m surprised they let you get away without answering questions and she hung up.

Feedback:

I recently called the collections department to settle a debt that sent to them last year from an emergency room visit I had forgot about. I spoke with Isaac and he was extremely polite and very helpful. He answered all my questions, and even though I know he was just doing his job and has probably done the same for hundreds of other people, he made me feel like he was going out of his way to help me.

Feedback:

Stop calling me! I don’t owe you nor 50cent so chill
