Just don't understand why my son has to work through Christmas and St. Stephen's Day for long hours. Does Firstsource not respect religion and family time. He's asked to work a 10 hour shift on Christmas eve, Christmas day and boxing day. I know it's an Indian company but they need to have some respect for their staff.Far as I know managers and HR are all off, no fairness done even on such a day.
