First American Title in Owasso prepared my closing documents incorrectly not once, but twice. Then, they knew my taxes had JUST been paid by the mortgage company and were supposed to hold the tax payment to wait until it was confirmed, but they didn't. It was sent in and now the taxes are double paid and I will have to get my money back from the County. I do not recommend this title company, many other good choices out there.
