First American Title in Owasso prepared my closing documents incorrectly not once, but twice. Then, they knew my taxes had JUST been paid by the mortgage company and were supposed to hold the tax payment to wait until it was confirmed, but they didn't. It was sent in and now the taxes are double paid and I will have to get my money back from the County. I do not recommend this title company, many other good choices out there.

over the top service for closing on our house! Kandase did a wonderful job preparing us for our closing and on the day was very thoughtful of not wasting our time, but also was extremely thorough and clear about what everything meant / made sure we understood every document we signed. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning for any future purchases in the area. P.S. they even surprised us with cookies and fresh coffee for the closing.
