For many years I have used Tax services of which disappointed me. Little to no feedback, suggestions, or recommendations on my income tax preparation was the norm. I have since been referred to FBC with Thomas Ferguson being my contact. I am "totally" impressed with the level of professionalism and communications. I feel that I have stepped into a new world of tax prep, and with this not being my strong suit, it is such a relief. Thank you for your help and service to date.
