Had FBC as accountants for 2 years. I can state some facts, and also share that I paid a fair amount for barely any service. Dave, and others were terrible at responding to emails, even after request to please return my emails. Was always told it would be eventually better and got apologized too. Emailed the manager and even she did not give any response. Some of the issues I raised (as a pretty new person to corporate accounting) was shocking that I understood things, while the accountant in charge of my account did not. Was not confidence building. Probably 2-3 days tops of work for them, and around 5 grand. Way to over priced. Seems to be I was paying for a lot of flair and limited delivery. I am posting this so others know. And also when I said I was thinking of leaving, was misled again, and no responses. Pretty sad.
