You said "don't hold back," so here it is. I made my reservation seven weeks in advance and requested a room that was quiet and on the ground level...my building was being fumigated and I had a lot of stuff to carry in (heavy items, plants, etc.). I even called several days prior to check-in and again confirmed that I would get a ground-level room. However, when I arrived I was told that there were none available. What?? How does this happen? I was extremely upset and disappointed. The girl at the desk said there was nothing she could do, and even made the comment that I could go elsewhere. Really? Is that the best service you could offer? You had my reservation weeks in advance. I called several days prior to confirm and I was assured that I'd get a room on the ground floor. The girl at the desk suggested room 209. She said at least it would be quiet. Wrong again! Some of your workers park their trucks just below that room and one morning at 6:00 a.m. a worker started up his truck and sat there running it for 15-20 minutes. It woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep.You had plenty of time to get it right yet you screwed up anyway. I worked in customer service for more than a decade and would never have treated a customer the way I was treated at your motel. I'm still dumbfounded by the way my reservation was handled. Also, why don't you provide kleenex in your rooms? It's a small thing but important to your women guests. And a clock! Believe it or not, not everyone has smart phones and not everyone is addicted to using their cell phones for everything. Come on! Can't you do better?

I have have never stayed in a more overpriced, dated, smelly & unclean room in all my life. Very noisy throughout the night. Blood on the sheets and towels. Never again! I’ll probably now get a reply saying we strive for customer satisfaction and we’re sorry but motel 6s customer experience expectation is so low it’s shambolic. An embarrassment as a company and should be ashamed of yourselves.

Customer service was outstanding! The desk clerk and I were chatting up, laughing, and she was very accommodating and friendly. My room was immaculate! They did comply to my request of freshly cleaned bedsheets and pillows. The surrounding area was quiet too.All in all, great stay, fabulous job you guys! I’ll rebook there again.

It was disgustingly filthy. Food. Mold. Soap scum. Hair in the bed and on towels and in the tub. The chair was sticky. Our socks were so black we threw them out. The beautiful hardwood floor had muck stuck to it throughout. Such a shame. …Read more on Hoteis.com

If I could give 0 stars I would. The most disgustingly filthy place we have ever stayed. Please pay the extra $20 and stay at Rose Garden Inn or Oasis Inn and Suites. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I was stranded for one night because of a flight cancellation and didn’t want to pay a fortune when I just needed the room for less than 12 hours. As long as it was clean, comfy and affordable, I would be happy. Well, it was all of those! I can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised I was. Very friendly staff on check-in and check-out. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because it seems the countertop was overlooked and not wiped down, but I would definitely stay here again.
