I do not like the front desk staff they are very slow and uncoordinated for the job I also have called before and never get a call back sometimes I wish there was other people up front taking calls

They have elderly people answer the phones which is horrible! Trying to get someone on the phone and I called once was hung up on . . called again and the elderly woman told me she couldn't figure out hold so I had to call back. This agency is supposed to help up find jobs when they can't even figure out the phone system? Each time I go for a mandatory 4 week class it is nothing but their agents complaining about the medical system or totally unorganized. Horrible experience all around!
