I have had horrible experiences with this company. Both locations of cross lanes and Beckley. My previous employer used this company and it was a hassle to do anything. Insurance was a huge issue and never got clear answers. Now a year later and they can't even fix tax documents in time for me to file tax. I had to file a extension and have been dealing with them for two months to correct it. Seems like I get a different answer every time I call. This is a several thousand dollar mistake. Wish I could get a clear answer from a supervisor. I couldn't imagine hiring them from a company stand point.
