I have had horrible experiences with this company. Both locations of cross lanes and Beckley. My previous employer used this company and it was a hassle to do anything. Insurance was a huge issue and never got clear answers. Now a year later and they can't even fix tax documents in time for me to file tax. I had to file a extension and have been dealing with them for two months to correct it. Seems like I get a different answer every time I call. This is a several thousand dollar mistake. Wish I could get a clear answer from a supervisor. I couldn't imagine hiring them from a company stand point.

My experience stated out as Excellent but quickly went down hill. Some of the people there are good and some are beyond bad, which gives this business an overall 'less than Poor' rating. Not a place I would ever do business with again or recommend to anyone else.
