As for myself, I've had no problems with Eagle resource. They actually we're very helpful with my job finding. The company they placed me with are very family oriented and laid back.

Staffing agency is terrible. Was placed on a job assignment and given a specific start date. Went through back ground testing, drug testing and even had orientation with the staffing agency. The Sunday before the job was said to start they called and changed the start date. This happened about 3 times. Only to never get an official start date, no be placed on another assignment. They are full of lies, best way to sum up the company. I wouldn’t waste my time, gas, or energy.

This is the worst Agency by far! I was scheduled for a job, but could not make it due to a family emergency. I explained that to Wade he was extremely rude and had no sympathy for my situation and also stated "Whatever" and hung up on me. Since then they wont send me anywhere because of my emergency. I've never encountered with a company as such and i think its a front for something else and that's the reason I am reporting this Agency to the "BBB" Better Business Bureau.....

After carefully reading the comment from Kathleen Flynn, I am at a lost for words. If anyone if familiar with Ms. Flynn, you would understand the this a tantrum, if things don't go her way she act like a little child, and throws little tantrums. In the event you do not know her, you would think this review is true and correct. Ms. Flynn is a horrible person, she runs her office like a plantation , she treats and speaks to her employees as if they are slaves. The House Slave of Caucasian decent main job duty is to report the activities of the other workers. Her complaints:Let start with the password, how can you hold someone accountable for your company's password not working? She also states that she provided training, how much training could be provided in 5 hours, lets say the workday consisted of 4 hours, as she states "it was difficult for the temp to sign in." She did not provide any training, this statement is false. She's also fabricating this so called project, there was no project, she just needed someone to pick-up busy phones and file. Eagle Resource is a great company, the only mistake this staffing company made was entrusting Ms. Flynn's ability to treat people with respect. Ms. Flynn does not respect others time, " she did not pay the full 5 hours the temp worked." It saddens me to see Ms. Flynn placing negative comments on Eagle Staffing website, simply because the temp did not want to work in that mad house. If you check out Indeed, Ms. Flynn is always hiring, no one can withstand that abuse.

Terrible. Were expecting a temp to fill in for an assistant on vacation which ran from the middle of one week to the middle of another week. Was told it was set with temp who had been to our office before, and, at the last minute, was told the temp was unavailable. Approximately, a day later was told that she could work one day, Thursday, had another assignment Friday thru Sunday, and I should ask her to fill in the following week. Temp never showed up on Thursday.When I called to complain, temp was contacted and then showed after 11am when our office opens at 8:30am. Temp said it was a communication problem with Eagle staffing. Temp took over 15 minutes to sign into the computer, as she kept entering the wrong password, as she rushed to get to our office. Assistant, who was on vacation, was called to verify password. Another assistant in the office had to enter the password, which was the same we had given the temp. Then, I asked temp if she would be able to work on Monday, and she said yes. We wasted time training her on a project for Monday. No one from Eagle called us to relate that temp had called them on Sunday to say she would not be coming on Monday, as her other assignment was extended. I was told an email was sent, but I was out of the office at a hearing and did not check my emails. My office was expecting her. I was told by, Ganesh Persaud, at Eagle that temps are irresponsible and what could I expect? Then, I was billed for her working 7 hours, when she worked less than 5 1/2 hours. The worst customer service I have ever had with a temporary agency.
