Eric is a true professional! He knows how to help both small businesses challenges, depreciation schedules, and personal taxes to maximize your refund! Last year, I did my own taxes but was just not satisfied with what I came up with (meaning I owed a lot of money - abt 2K). I found Dow Tax & Accounting and gave them a shot. I was blown away by Eric's knowledge, I have a small trailer rental business, and after putting my numbers together we went from owing 2k to getting back over 2k! This year, we actually received a larger refund then last year due to some minor changes in income.My wife and I are amazed! I cant help but to recommend Eric and his team enough!

I've used Dow for the last two years for my taxes, and I've been overwhelmingly pleased. He is great at explaining things and getting stuff done quickly. I have a few complicated matters with my taxes, and they've been great at sorting those things out effectively.

Great Price for good service. Dow Tax and Accounting provided quick service for my husband and I this tax season. They were patient with us and the questions we had, and they did a great job of putting things together quickly and communicating with us throughout the process.

The people there are friendly enough and decent at their job.I had two problems. 1, I gave them my documentation on the 21st of March and didn't get everything completed till the 9th of April. 2, their prices are bordering on outrageous. I paid 315 for them to do my taxes.My last cpa was 70.Shop around and find a cheaper alternative. They are everywhere

A big rip off. He charged me $250 and didn't get done anything. Definitely not recommend anyone to go there. not reliable and trust worthy at all.

Very thorough and professional. Eric was great to work with. I’d recommend his services to anyone looking to start a business. He gave us several things to consider and insight on multiple tax regulations and options.

We started to use them after deciding we didn't want to file ourselves we just wanted it done. First year sent well. Second year they told us about a payment plan with the IRS, we agreed to use what they suggested being under the impression they'd set it up for us(they didn't mention otherwise even after asking if there was anything else we needed to do. They said just e-sign and we will take care of the rest) long story short got a failure to pay letter turns out the payment stubs Dow gave us were vouchers to pay the next years taxes. After asking for help they told us to call it's to straighten things out. Paying 200 we were assuming they would have our back. Save your money and headache and file yourself. Like they say if you want it done right do it yourself. Very disipointed with their communication and services (or lack of services, better put)
