I had excellent recommendations for this company so I was confused by how poorly I was treated. I applied to work and was very quickly told I might have work in the next few days, after Roxanne emailed me multiple times telling me she couldn't open my C.V (a simple word doc) before finally managing, they told me the job had gone to someone else. Upon phoning up to ask about what had happened I was told there was little chance they could now offer me temp work. I told Roxanne I was upset and she became hostile and told me my attitude was an issue and they would not want to work with me. I have heard this company are very good for more permanent roles and the owner, Jenny, helped me quickly if I had any issues, which is why I was so upset this whole incident occurred. Don't be deterred for more permanent work but they certainly aren't the agency to use for temp work.
