I have dealt with The Dove Partnership for many years since moving to the area. I have always found them amazing to deal with. They go the extra mile to find you the right role and they are so friendly and approachable. I am delighted with my new role and could not recommend them enough for both temp and permanent work. In summary they are professional, supportive, personable and compassionate.

I had excellent recommendations for this company so I was confused by how poorly I was treated. I applied to work and was very quickly told I might have work in the next few days, after Roxanne emailed me multiple times telling me she couldn't open my C.V (a simple word doc) before finally managing, they told me the job had gone to someone else. Upon phoning up to ask about what had happened I was told there was little chance they could now offer me temp work. I told Roxanne I was upset and she became hostile and told me my attitude was an issue and they would not want to work with me. I have heard this company are very good for more permanent roles and the owner, Jenny, helped me quickly if I had any issues, which is why I was so upset this whole incident occurred. Don't be deterred for more permanent work but they certainly aren't the agency to use for temp work.

I would thoroughly recommend The Dove Partnership to anyone looking for a new role. They were very efficient in finding me the perfect role. My recruitment consultant Lisa was always so helpful, giving me all the information needed and answering any questions that I had. She always kept me up to date with the recruitment process at all stages, even once I got the role she contacted me to check everything was ok. Definitely recommend this agency to everyone!

Roxanne is such an AWESOME agent!!! She didn't just make you feel like another person just looking for a job. She gets to know who you are. I had been battling for almost 2 months to find a job and she found me the job I've been wanting to go into within a week of meeting her.
