They wrongly calculated the tax and are not willing to amend the tax filing for free. Arrogant attitude and bad service. Due to their mistakes I would not be able to claim back $2000. Just realize that they wrongly calculated my tax last year as well. So in total I would not be able to claim back over $8000 over the two years. Would not trust them again
