This is my 4th year writing a 5 star review for Diwakar taxes and I will keep doing this going forward because this is best place I am settled with, for the tax season and for almost any financial consultation.Mr Amit and Diwakar are very professional, patient and have been providing quality service all these years for me and many of my friends and colleagues.1) They know things right and make it quick with accuracy.2) Pricing is transparent and value for money3) This is an ethical practice, so who does not like it?4) They do not count on fees, no hidden logics for their own benefit.5) Try if you have not yet and you would come back here giving a positive review.ThanksSuresh

Diwakar and Amit are very approachable and have been helping since last 2 years on tax filing. Not in rush, they usually take enough time for each case so that all aspects for filing are covered for best possible return.Recommend this place for all . (There are a few other places for tax filing in Sunnyvale/Santa clara area but It was found that their focus is always been on getting max fees than customer satisfaction!)

I have been coming to Diwakar Taxes since 2013 and the service they provide is fantastic. Amit has always been super helpful, courteous and pays attention to every little detail. I've never had any issues with my taxes in the 5 years and his fees are extremely reasonable too. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a CPA to do their taxes.

They wrongly calculated the tax and are not willing to amend the tax filing for free. Arrogant attitude and bad service. Due to their mistakes I would not be able to claim back $2000. Just realize that they wrongly calculated my tax last year as well. So in total I would not be able to claim back over $8000 over the two years. Would not trust them again

Receptionist was curt and informed me that they had no appointments for the remaining 6 weeks of the tax season after checking that I wasn't a regular customer. H&R Block nearby was awesome and finished my paperwork in a day. I've had better service at DMVs. Won't visit again.

I have been using Diwakar taxes services for  five years now!! Had a really great experience filing with Diwakar taxes! Competent team with a very professional setup, accurate filing. I would strongly recommend Diwakr Taxes  for both personal and Business tax filing.!!

Had the worst experience of filing taxes with Diwakar taxes. Spoke to two people Pooja & Prachi. Have been working with them since a month and they said that someone will call me after the analysis is done , but I waited and no one called me and also I email them twice with all my documents. I called again and now they wanted me to pay full of the money in advance which I was okay with it. I ask them to work on my taxes now and that’s when Pooja comes on the call and tells me that I should work with someone else now as they have a lot of other work as well. So now after working with them for almost a month I have to find someone else to work with. Such a waste of time and my recommendation is to stay away from this company.
