Nightmare!! As a repeat client, I brought my personal taxes to Francine in 2015. Since I was moving out of province, we agreed on a deadline and scheduled an appointment for me to come in and complete all paperwork and leave with my files before I left town. She forgot about the appt and was late on my return, so she said she would send my files to me when done. 6 months later I was back in town and dropped in twice to pick them up but no one knew where they were. Now that I'm back home in BC, she consistently refuses to send me my files and return because they're heavy and expensive, and has downloaded responsibility onto me. She has been belligerent & rude in her communications, and is now holding my files hostage and ignoring me. I'm shocked at the lack of professionalism and accountability here, and completely at a loss as to how she's choosing to handle this. 2 years later, I still don't have my files or tax return.
