Dion Vallee brought my tax returns up-to-date after the death of my CA (unbeknownst to me the files piled up at his office). Francine has been helpful with some of the major issues with CRA and while not resolved as yet (will be 2 years) I am hopeful Francine will guide me through getting the outstanding major issues with CRA satisfactorily resolved (or refer me to someone who is able to assist). The only concern I have is some emails and phone calls go unanswered (this is a recent development); hopefully this will be addressed with tax season upon us.
