Feedback:

I've been happy for several years with Dialpad until yesterday. I suddenly got an email (see attached photo) saying my account was suspended. No further explanation. Of course, no one was answering the phone on the 4th of July, so they left me without a business phone for a full day. I checked billing and all was up to date. I asked friends who also use it if their service was down for some reason. Had my husband call my business number and it was in fact disconnected.Sent an email via their 'contact us' button and I'm still waiting on a response from that.Today I was finally able to connect with someone and they told me that it was shut down because of an unpaid bill from July, August, and September OF 2018! I asked why this hadn't been addressed at the time (we did change banks, but apparently the card did not get updated until October for some reason). Every bill has been auto paid by that same card since. Instead of calling and explaining the situation, they just disconnected my phone.They "have a call" into their billing department to get it sorted out and they have turned it back on for the time being, but the fact that they simply turned it off with no warning is absolutely unacceptable. You are messing with people's businesses/livelihoods here. Not okay.
