Overpaid an employee almost 2 weeks ago but is threatening to take legal action because they cannot reverse the payment we have been watching the employees account and no transactions have even been attempted. Then the president is snickering on the phone with me about the situation. Very unprofessional this error should have been caught by the payroll specialist as payroll was called in that day. Total hours worked was was 1270. Hours with only 15 employees what is wrong with this company
