As the head underwriter at a national PEO MGA, I have worked with a lot of professional employer organizations and insurance companies. Each client that Axis Group places with DecisionHR is a client that we can rest assured will receive professional service from specially certified and or licensed staff. Their client care department is hands-on and works proactively to ensure that the transition to a PEO is a long term, mutually beneficial and happy co-employment relationship. Keep up the great work!

Having experienced two other PEO's, one of which was so terrible it is amazing they are still in business I can say DecisionHR is very good. They treat their own employees well and that is also reflected in their customer service. A great company to align your's with and care about your operations. I strongly recommend them.

W-2 doesn't take weeks to come in the mail!! They are supposed to be mailed out by January 31, so why tell people not to call unless after Feb.15th if not received???? Anywhere in the U.S. can receive regular mail in 4 days - so there is no way that shouldn't be here by now!!

DecisionHR and our brokerage firm have been in this industry for 20 years. As a broker, I deal with several different PEO’s and payroll companies.That being said, DecisionHR has always been my first choice or “go to” company. We have been placing business or clients with them from day one. In those 20 years, there has never been an issue that was not resolved positively. They have a great team and I would highly recommended them.

Our company has been a client of DecisionHR for approximately 15 years. DecisionHR has worked exceptionally in keeping our firm compliant with applicable labor laws and in processing our payroll. Any "issues" that may occasionally arise are diligently addressed by their specialized staff.

Their well trained and informed personnel packaged alongside their dedication to providing quality service year after year is something we can rely on. Overpaid an employee almost 2 weeks ago but is threatening to take legal action because they cannot reverse the payment we have been watching the employees account and no transactions have even been attempted. Then the president is snickering on the phone with me about the situation. Very unprofessional this error should have been caught by the payroll specialist as payroll was called in that day. Total hours worked was was 1270. Hours with only 15 employees what is wrong with this company

Thus far a nightmare. The have provided the worst customer service, rude and retaliatory conversation if you have an issue and as we were leaving them, they have yet to answer about the funds they kept from our Corp and employees who have yet to cash their checks. 2 years and every step of the way they were contentions and not a partner whatsoever.
