Everyone whom I have had the pleasure in working with and communicating with has been most helpful. I have had several employers, and other experiences where there seems to be a lack of something greater. Being part of Cross country has made it crystal clear to me what other employers/coorporations/workfield etc. are missing. Through the rough times and good times Ms. Jaan Divito, has made my travel experience an amazing journey. Her charisma and passion in being there for you, maintaining professionalism, providing guidance and effortlessly available and on top of it all has made a fulfilling impression to know there are employers who do care. It is a contagious positive attitude the ability to joyfully express answers to all my quesitons and concerns and in details made it so comfortable, this is what instantly gained my trust from the moment we first came into contact. Making sure she gets and provides me info on the assignments I require, without bombarding your inbox with those that are not within my interest. Plus she is so great in communication she really does make this a great experience, always always confirming our discussions, sure we all get busy and some request just need to email a reminder and instant response without a doubt. This ensures we are all on the same page, those gaps of miscommunication are filled and clarified before hand which is crucial when working with a travel agency.
