Stay away from this place and find another agency ! I dealt with Ashley and she seemed very rude and emotionally unstable ! Was not treated with respect or in a timely manner. I hope you guys change the way you treat people ! I would recommend you Stay Far Away from this employer !

Everyone whom I have had the pleasure in working with and communicating with has been most helpful. I have had several employers, and other experiences where there seems to be a lack of something greater. Being part of Cross country has made it crystal clear to me what other employers/coorporations/workfield etc. are missing. Making sure she gets and provides me info on the assignments I require, without bombarding your inbox with those that are not within my interest. Plus she is so great in communication she really does make this a great experience, always always confirming our discussions, sure we all get busy and some request just need to email a reminder and instant response without a doubt. This ensures we are all on the same page, those gaps of miscommunication are filled and clarified before hand which is crucial when working with a travel agency. They have lots of good assignments for LPNs but they won’t accept an LPN with 6 years experience because it’s not “acute care” experience. Pretty bad at communicating as well. Much happier with RNnetwork. Their sister company MSN is much more understanding.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! A 13 week turned into a 9 week NIGHTMARE!! From start to finish nothing but inconsistencies lack of and NO communication and bad attitudes from the staff! The housing stipend is outrageous and they DO NOT care about you. They only care about $$ and filling slots. I met 2 CCTC nurses on my assignment and they both had the same complaints. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

My recruiter is amazing to work with - she is very aggressive in finding the job locations and the shifts that I want. She is prompt with returning calls and supportive with last minute issues that seem to arise often when traveling. My payroll manager is nothing short then a saint - issues with time cards and badges are solved immed and she answers the phone each time I call her. While I can do without the last minute headaches of items facilities require right before a start date - it is not the fault of this company - I am paid on time, correctly, and always ahead of the game in trending needs for the next assignment -

My recruiter was great in the beginning, until one week into contract when the facility wanted to change the shift I contracted for. She then turned around and told me she never discussed the shift I contracted for with me. I felt betrayed by her. would not recommend.

On the whole I have enjoyed working with CCTC; the few issues that have occured in the interim have been attended to or discussed. I have never been left hanging wondering if I have CCTC `s support.
