WORST collection company I have ever had to deal with! I have tried to call several times about setting up payments with them and never get phone calls back or emails returned. Talked to someone today and she told me I havent tried to contact them since almost 2 years ago!! How many phone calls and emails must it take for you to respond..... Oh and since I cant pay almost $250 a month for 6 months to pay off my debt they are threatening potential legal action...

By far one the WORST collection company’s I have every dealt with. This business is ran so poorly, staff is extremely rude and don’t seem to know what they are doing. Called to see about a bill that just came through as being in collections with them. Tried paying and asked for them to note in my file, if anything comes to them to give me a call so I can get it taken care of right away. The gal I was talking to said that I would just need to call frequently if I want my bills paid.Um no I’m not going to call you every month just to see, pretty sure it is your job to call me if something comes to your office that needs to be paid. End of rant Poor customer service

Terrible company. Forgive my language, but it is BS that I have issues giving them money.. this has been hurting my credit for forever and it is extremely frustrating that I can’t pay on their sh*tty website. It’s been over a year and I just want this debt paid off yet they never answer their phone.. I’m almost ready to contact a lawyer.

When try pay your bill and didn't make the set up payment plan and did give the amount for for month. They decided to garment my wages and they going garment my check again because won't set up payment plan. I just keep on make payments until they wages get garment. I tell people keep track what you pay.

Ive been trying to pay a debt that was unknown to me now since July 5th. Not only are their employees unable to navigate their own software, but seemingly no one is ever around to answer their phones to take anyones money. I've only talked to one live body who was able to transfer me to a different department, only to be on the recieving end of yet another voice mail.

These people are absolute crooks. They reported a debt that I did not owe to the credit bureaus without ever attempting to contact me. When I called them they said that they intentionally did not contact me because I live in Oregon and they are not licensed to do business in Oregon, so they just went ahead and reported to my credit. If this is not directly against the law, it is certainly against the spirit of the law. If calling a person or sending a letter to them really is "doing business" in another state, they should never have agreed to collect this debt. The credit bureaus have all removed it from my credit, but I now get to pay a higher interest rate for 30 years thanks to these unethical jerks.

They are lairs! I was out of work due to medical issues, just got back to work full time. Set up a payment arrangement to pay my bill off. I had a $100.00 a month payment arrangement set up and they never told me that I had to have payment in by the 5th of every month. No phone call, no statement (Said they sent one, never got one). I have made two payments with them since making payment arrangement in November and now I am getting screwed over sending me to garnishment. DO NOT believe what they say!

these people should of billed workers comp.they messed around didnt turn it in.then months later they tell me i owe this bill.it should of been part of a workers comp settlement.also i am confused why i had 3 radiology bills for 3 different companies to read a mri.they knew i was not insured but still got bills from 3 different places for the same thing.i thought they finally listened an sent it to victory insurance.to my suprise they never did or did and it was to late.i know they sent it to state fund even after i told them victory.now here we are months later and its on my credit report.my favorite is when you call back and they transfer you to someone driving so you can't hear whats being said.as i said i thought this was turned in already guess it was to much trouble to listen and do it in a timely manner.
