When I came to Lisa to prepare my taxes this year, it was the first time I had ever used a private company for my taxes. I had used online tax programs and even some of the big names in the past but never felt I was getting great service. When I went to see Lisa for the first time, I was quite amazed. She asked me all sorts of questions about myself and my finances in order to receive all the tax benefits I could get. I was able to get tax credits that no tax software would ask me, and other tax season companies that lacked experienced staff to know about. After utilizing a couple of other recommended accountants for my tax preparation needs, I was fed up and frustrated by the process. I hired Lisa after a big company did my IRS audit for me, they had me owing over 200,000.00 in taxes including penalties and Interest on a payment plan of 1500.00 a month for 7 years.
