They never answer the phone nor do they return anyone's call. Care providers and their clients should be able to walk into a local office in their area to pick up forms, and they should be able to request to speak to someone in the office without having to call a call center just to speak to someone while waiting on hold for hours without receiving the help they were looking for. (IHSS) is horrible and this is truly ridiculous!!!
