Horrible office. It took 40 minutes to even be called after initial sign in. Receptionist are rude and not helpful at all. They send a message to the workers in the back who never come out to help you. When you ask for information they just keep calling up new people instead of helping you. Right in my face she kept calling people up after I asked a question. I wish i could give 0 stars.

They never answer the phone nor do they return anyone's call. Care providers and their clients should be able to walk into a local office in their area to pick up forms, and they should be able to request to speak to someone in the office without having to call a call center just to speak to someone while waiting on hold for hours without receiving the help they were looking for. (IHSS) is horrible and this is truly ridiculous!!!
