Lady at gaurd shack is just plain rude!!!! With her attitude. There is a more proffesional way to handle situations, and still be stern.

Lady in the guard shack. Very rude and not willing to help. 1st time here. She claimed to be a supervisor. Not very good when one is as rude as her. And not willing to help. 1st person you see at any company. Tells a lot about that company. So far it don't look good. She should not be in the position she currently holds. Very unprofessional !!!

Showed up to the gate to check-in, I was then informed I had to call a number to check-in once I was off the property. Called-in and was hung up on twice because they couldn’t understand me because there were a ton of people in the background on their end. Then I’m told to call back in a few minutes because they are too busy to deal with my call. Call back 10 mins later and I’m told I have to drop my trailer, when I’m a live unload. I tried explaining to them I can’t drop the trailer and I’m a live unload, they inform me that’s the only way they will accept my load. Had to call the broker to get this gagglef••• straightened out. I won’t be coming back to this facility.

Came here for straight through delivery and Calvin was so fast 💨 at Unloading, got here at 7:20and out by 7:45 great job 👍👍👍👍
