I did not have a great experience here. Norman seemed unorganized and I had to repeat basic information multiple times before it was entered accurately. He even asked me to call someone else to find out why I had multiple W-2s, or else I would have to come in another time! The entire time I was sitting there he made rude comments about my income. The appointment took about four hours and ended up being around $700, not at all what I was quoted over the phone, to which he responded with something like, "But I give discounts for people like you." Shortly afterwards I received a few letters from the IRS saying there were problems. I called the firm back and another accountant had to redo Norman's work.This is extremely unprofessional service. I would stay away!
