Jamie started doing my tax returns a few years ago in addition to reconciling my business accounts (QuickBooks is not my friend) her knowledge and professionalism always calms me. I did not have a great experience here. Norman seemed unorganized and I had to repeat basic information multiple times before it was entered accurately. He even asked me to call someone else to find out why I had multiple W-2s, or else I would have to come in another time! The entire time I was sitting there he made rude comments about my income. The appointment took about four hours and ended up being around $700, not at all what I was quoted over the phone, to which he responded with something like, "But I give discounts for people like you." Shortly afterwards I received a few letters from the IRS saying there were problems. I called the firm back and another accountant had to redo Norman's work.This is extremely unprofessional service. I would stay away!

Family business was given to me and a mess, Norman really helped me straighten everything out. There are other accounting firms in Madison but these guys really take time and do not make you feel rushed. Very pleased with the outcome and service.

Waste of time - My first time ever going to see this accounting firm. Set up appointment yesterday for today at 11:30 am. Got there, he was not there but secretary/support staff said she had called him and that he was on his way. Waited 10 minutes, no one showed up. I left. Not a very good first impression.

Loved working with Jamie, she helped organize me. Some accountants in Madison can made a person feel dumb and dependent on them, she actually helped me understand what I was missing and what I needed to do. Great job.
