Carmen and her team at Conspire are simply the best. Navigating pre-employment screenings can be daunting, and Carmen has been so willing to help me through the options. More importantly, she will take the time to help me understand the legal jargon on background reports, so I can make an informed hiring decision. Another great thing is how quickly I get the results of my background checks. When wanting to hire a new person, at least in my line of work, we usually need that new person to start immediately. I'm always requesting my reports ASAP, and my results are emailed the same day in most cases. Carmen was even out for the day, and she still communicated with me, and made sure I got my results.
