Carmen and her team at Conspire are simply the best. Navigating pre-employment screenings can be daunting, and Carmen has been so willing to help me through the options. More importantly, she will take the time to help me understand the legal jargon on background reports, so I can make an informed hiring decision. Another great thing is how quickly I get the results of my background checks. When wanting to hire a new person, at least in my line of work, we usually need that new person to start immediately. I'm always requesting my reports ASAP, and my results are emailed the same day in most cases. Carmen was even out for the day, and she still communicated with me, and made sure I got my results. Horrible Horrible Horrible. All licensing should he revoked from this company. 1. Took 8 days for a secretary to contact me. 2. She told me MRO would contact me in a few hours. 3. MRO never called me back. I made several attemps to contact them, all went to voicemail. 4. My employer reiterated I would get lab results first before Conspire sent to them. 5. I called next morning, same girl said MRO would call me in a few hours to review lab results.She also stated a lie, telling me they tried once to contact me yesterday. No Ma'am, that's an outright lie. 6. Back to today. No MRO call. I called six times all went to voicemail. 7. My employer calls me today says they have results?? Ask if MRO ever contacted me?? 8. My results show a confirm at 6 and cutoff at 15. So why does MRO list this drug in written results? I call Conspire for explanation, guess what, voice mail. Depending upon employees particulars my results may have been devulged illegally. And MRO never called. Believe I had right to request if urine sample was split and it's condition. Right to request other sample be tested at another labratory. I'll be fine and have legit scripts etc to dispute and proof my integrity in the workplace. Why would Conspire not respect my rights, lie about contacting me..on and on. Horrible Horrible.. negative stars!!!!.
