Poor software integrity & support. We stopped using this software in January and have subsequently moved to a cloud platform called Quinyx, which in my opinion is worlds apart from computime's offering. The software from computime has been glitchy, you need to be very software savvy to do hard reboots of the system as the support team are lacklustre. On many an occasion we lost staff data and had to manually collate by contacting each member of staff.
