Its been nearly 12 months since we purchased this system and its still not working. The man hours it has taken to try to fix all of the issues have cost the company greatly. And to make things worse the lack of communication with Ben the director to the complaints we have made just makes the situation worst. Ben if you are reading this please can you reply to our e-mails. We want the system to work as you promised it would last may when we made the decision to purchase it!

Poor software integrity & support. We stopped using this software in January and have subsequently moved to a cloud platform called Quinyx, which in my opinion is worlds apart from computime's offering. The software from computime has been glitchy, you need to be very software savvy to do hard reboots of the system as the support team are lacklustre. On many an occasion we lost staff data and had to manually collate by contacting each member of staff.
