Client Review on Complete Bookkeeping Solutions

I contacted Complete Bookkeeping Solutions in Edmonton to have a quote done on my books. I gave them a brief explanations and they agreed to work on my file. I sent them all my information and after 8 days contacted back to inquire about my quote. I was asked if I minded waiting until Monday for them to contact me. Monday came and went so on Tuesday I contacted them again. I was given a list of information they needed and I explained that I had already provided it. I was asked to wait for another call back at which point I asked if they were possibly too busy to take me on and finally was told yes. It's unfortunate that I waited 12 days to find this out. Big waste of time. Also a little uncomfortable having provided my books unnecessarily. No apology was offered.
