When our firm wanted to start converting all our client to QBO I started asking around for someone who could come into our firm and train my staff and I and the same name kept coming up over and over (they say she is a rock star in this area) Connie Sparks. We hired her, she went through the entire process from beginning to end and provided us with a lot of "if this also happens" recommendations too!She is amazing and I would recommend anyone who needs the type of services she provided us or and other accounting services as she is very knowledgeable in all.

The way it should be.Thanks to Connie and her team, I was able to obtain the forms and have them processed in a timely manner. They took the stress of learning out of the equation and allowed me to focus on my business while getting everything in on time.Her systems, experience, leadership, guidance and the fact that she cares are reason enough for us to always keep her on our side. I contacted Complete Bookkeeping Solutions in Edmonton to have a quote done on my books. I gave them a brief explanations and they agreed to work on my file. I sent them all my information and after 8 days contacted back to inquire about my quote. I was asked if I minded waiting until Monday for them to contact me. Monday came and went so on Tuesday I contacted them again. I was given a list of information they needed and I explained that I had already provided it. I was asked to wait for another call back at which point I asked if they were possibly too busy to take me on and finally was told yes. It's unfortunate that I waited 12 days to find this out. Big waste of time. Also a little uncomfortable having provided my books unnecessarily. No apology was offered.
